We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Returning packages via a designated local return service point or via a door-to-door pickup service is free. We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control(e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You MUST follow our exact instructions so the product does not get damaged during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.

Lost of Stolen Packages
TENDIZE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. TENDIZE.com is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.
Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please use contact us page as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Product Damages & Issues
Once you receive your item we request that you inspect it and ensure it is not defective or broken. If your item is broken or defective we will ensure that you are taken care of and that you get what you have paid for. If you received the wrong item we will give you instructions on how to send us back the item for a replacement. Please make sure you promptly email- firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We accept (TENDIZE.COM) products to be returned as long as they are in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept broken or damaged items. If you send us back any of the listed then you will not be eligible for a refund and we will return the item that you sent back to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Shipment Fee-
Note: You can only enjoy a one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
Not all countries have a Free Return service.
At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, and Israel.
